Download products are immediately available to holders of a product package of BeConWiz. If you have any problems with an immediate download, please contact us.

DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

We provide no guarantee that you will be able to use school computers to download BeConWiz materials. We will endeavour to do our best to ensure downloadable material is accessible on a variety of computers, tablets or devices. If you are experiencing issues with download or printing of materials please contact us, so we can improve our service to you.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF PRE-PRINTED RESOURCE

We aim to ensure that products are dispatched within 7 business days of the date of your order. Products delivered to an address within Australia should be received by you within 14 days of the date of your order (unless your delivery address is within a remote delivery zone) and products delivered to an address outside Australia should be received by you within 30 days of the date of your order. If you do not receive your purchased product within that time, please contact us. If there is any delay in the dispatch of product by us, we will let you know what is happening and when you should expect to receive those products.

Potage and handling fees will be added to the cost of the item. Standard Australia Post costs will apply, unless the buyer wishes to use courier or express services, at which time a quotation will be issued to the buyer before the goods are sent.

We may deliver the products by installments in any sequence. Where the products are delivered by installments, each installment will form a separate contract. No default or failure by BeConWiz in respect of any one or more installments will affect any other installment, or undelivered products.

Any pre-printed products purchased from our website will be delivered to the place of delivery notified by you.
